        Heat resistant compound chocolate


We have developed a special compound chocolate able to resist high temperatures without melting and set back in the same way as a normal chocolate bar. The product is formulated for very hot climates and was designed specifically for army ration packs.




Heat resistant chocolate in front is not loosing it's shape under stress once heated.


 
      Bake resistant compound chocolate
 
We are currently working in developing a very high melt compound chocolate suitable for baking.




 
      Flavoured and coloured compound chocolate for Ice Cream and Baking Industries

    Hot Chocolate designed for profesional use in Cafe's.
  
We developed a range of liquid hot chocolate based on real cocoa butter chocolate which disolves very quickly once hot milk is added or once steamed in profesional coffee makers (no extra stirring required).
 
Also can be manufactured as flavoured hot chocolate (e.g. Rum, Irish Cream) or fruit flavoured white milk choc base for hot milk drinks (e.g. banana, strawberry, raspberry, etc)
